Home Again

Well, I’m home from our cruise, and just let me say, I had an AWESOME time. Everything was so great, the people, the knitting, the yarn, the food, the ship, the travel. All of it. I met a ton of Knit Bloggers, made a bunch of new friends, and came home with enough yarn to last me a while. Here’s all the yarn that I cam home with:

That little handwound ball on the left is Fiesta Yarns Boomerang, a superwash merino in purples and greens (SO NICE, I splurged) 3 balls of sock yarn (the Red and black one was a giveaway) plus a sock on my new Addi Trubo Lace needles (Very nice, I love them.) The socks are being knit with OnLine Supersocke 100. Also, 2 skeins of Noro Kureyon, 3 balls of Karabella Aurora 8, and enough Cascade 220 for Something Red

  1. great photoblogging of the cruise! i can’t believe you ate snails!! wayne ate them one time (just to be polite) and they were cooked “chinese style” (steamed? with black bean sauce?) and he had to slurp/suck them right out of the shell. he shuddered afterwards and vowed never to eat that again… haha!
