So, I’ve been playing a lot of Sims 2 lately, and have been focusing on just one family. I started off with just one Girl, Kaity. Then Kaity got married to her friend Joe. Then Kaity got pregnant and had a baby Boy, Jimmy:

(Sorry for the dark screen shots, The only time tht family is all together is at night.) I think Jimmy got his dad’s genes…

Anyway, then Jimmy became a Todler and the family adopted a little girl (I can’t remember her name right now… how horrible is that?!)

So, Kaity stays home with the kids and Joe goes to work as a Doctor and makes the Big Bucks. Once the kids get a little older, I think I’m gonna get them a Kitten or something.

In other, non-geeky news, I’m going to the mall today to buy me some new shoes with the rest of my Christmas money. And if I have any left, I might head over to the Yarn Store.

Oh, and I’ve been knitting, too. I’ve been working on Marion‘s swap socks (Which are taknig me forever) and I started a new Hat. I should finish it today, then I’ll show ya.

  1. Hehehe…the Sims 2 is so fun and addictive. I love your family. They look fairly happy. I always end up with boys…either by birth or adoption. I am not sure why. I should play some sims later this afternoon…Have a great day! 🙂

  2. After Christmas shopping is the best kind ever! those sales can really make a girl happy when she has money in her pocket.

  3. I love the Sims. I’ve never actually gotten the game, though, which might be a good thing.

I can’t wait to see the hat!

  4. Love that red yarn.
